This 60-minute high definition video documentary project is a unique case study of Liz Hampton’s migration from the South to the North and her challenges and discoveries along the way. The documentary captures the significance of the South among African Americans moving to the North and the influence this culture had on social change during 1960-1970 in upstate New York communities.
